A boutique hotel and wine bar in a historic townhouse in Olsztyn’s Old Town. Seven rooms above Provincja Wine Bar, a few steps from St James’ Cathedral.
Provincja was born from a passion for wine and a historic townhouse at ul. Lelewela 3, in the heart of Olsztyn’s Old Town, in the shadow of St James’ Cathedral. Under one roof you will find a wine bar with a restaurant, a wine cellar that doubles as a shop and tasting room, and seven rooms and apartments.
The rooms are modern and air-conditioned, with mechanical ventilation, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Each is named after a grape variety, from Merlot to Primitivo. The hotel is looked after by the White Glove team, so we prepare the rooms with the same care as our apartments.
Wine brings people together, so the atmosphere here is friendly and a little informal. We never compromise on professionalism, though: advice, selection and service are of the highest standard.

Two single beds that can be joined, and a sofa bed
Spacious rooms for a family or friends. Next to the beds there is a sofa bed for two, and the bathroom is larger than in the double rooms.

The largest apartment in the townhouse: two levels, a separate bedroom and a terrace. The table seats six, so it is a good choice for a family trip or a dinner in your own company.
Provincja Wine Bar offers an original wine selection with more than 40 labels by the glass, thanks to the Wineplease and Coravin systems. You can try several wines without ordering a whole bottle, and our wine on tap comes in white, red and sparkling. Every month we also pick wines to serve in tasting flights.
The kitchen is built around pairing food with wine. The menu is based on produce from Italy and local suppliers: Italian charcuterie and cheese boards, bruschetta, pinsa, pasta and seafood. On request we prepare larger platters – up to 5 kg of seafood, oysters or lobster.
The cellar houses a shop with more than 200 labels, from France, Italy and Spain to wines from Lebanon and Israel, from small independent wineries to famous houses. Our sommelier will gladly help you choose a bottle for dinner or as a gift. In the mornings the wine bar serves breakfast for hotel guests.

Intimate evenings for up to 15 people with a sommelier or winemaker. Six wines around one theme – a country, region or winery – with snacks matched to each. They last 2–3 hours.
Workshops for 15–25 people led by a sommelier, with course materials and tasting sheets. You learn to assess wine, recognise flavours and aromas, and pair wine with food.
Company events, birthdays, hen and stag parties. We plan the wines, menu and programme together with you. We also cater coffee breaks, business meetings and receptions.
Provincja stands at ul. Lelewela 3, in the heart of the Old Town, right by St James’ Cathedral. A few minutes’ walk away are the Castle of the Warmian Chapter, the High Gate, the Market Square with the Old Town Hall, the Fish Market and the Czesław Niemen Amphitheatre, which hosts concerts and festivals in summer.
The Old Town is surrounded by Central Park and Podzamcze Park, good for a stroll or a morning run. In season, an electric shuttle runs from the High Gate to Lake Ukiel, with its city beach and promenade.
It is easy to get here by car, and there is parking nearby. Bus stops are a few minutes’ walk from the entrance.
